The Willerby Boston Lodge is situated on Plot 2 at Robin Hood Park.

Robin Hood Park is a small, quiet site with 17 owner-occupied lodges. The park owners maintain the grounds on a regular basis. It is within easy access of Keswick and Cockermouth, offering a perfect location for exploring the Lake District and the West Coast of Cumbria. Further information can be found here.

The Willerby Boston comes complete with a composite decking with modern, contemporary glass panels. Outside, the decking is provided on two sides of the lodge, and there is a good-sized driveway that accommodates two cars.

There is a Caraguard electronic drain-down system for adding convenience. In October 2024, a brand-new energy-efficient boiler was installed, which is still under guarantee.

Lounge, Kitchen & Dining Area
The bright and spacious open-plan living area is designed for comfort and relaxation. The lounge features two three-seater sofas, a coffee table, a sideboard, an electric fire, and a wall-mounted television point. Large front-facing windows and sliding patio doors flood the room with natural light and lead directly onto the front decking, creating the perfect space for outdoor dining, BBQ-ing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the views.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an integrated dishwasher, a washing machine, a built-in double oven, and a gas hob. A breakfast bar provides additional seating, while the adjoining dining area creates an ideal setting for family meals.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size ottoman storage bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe with shelving, drawers, and hanging space, and a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features twin beds and its own generous walk-in wardrobe, making it equally suitable for family members or guests.

Bathroom
The family bathroom has a low-level WC, a hand washbasin with a storage unit underneath, and a bath with an overhead shower. The master bedroom's en-suite is complete with a WC, hand basin and shower.
