The Willerby Boston Lodge is situated on Plot 2 at Robin Hood Park.

Robin Hood Park is a small, quiet site with 17 owner-occupied lodges. The grounds are maintained by the park owners on a regular basis. It is within easy access of Keswick and Cockermouth, offering a perfect location for exploring the Lake District and the West Coast of Cumbria. Further information can be found here.

The Willerby Boston comes complete with a composite maintenance-free decking with modern, contemporary glass panels. and a Caraguard electronic drain-down system. In October 2025, a brand new energy-efficient boiler was installed, which is still under guarantee. Cushion flooring throughout. The parking area has been improved with the installation of a weed-free membrane

Lounge & Kitchen
The lounge consists of two and three-seater sofas, coffee tables, a sideboard, wall mounting for a TV and an electric fire. There is a large bay window and a sliding patio door that provides access to the front deck, where there is plenty of space for a BBQ and your outdoor furniture, so you can relax and take in the spectacular views. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, an integrated dishwasher and washing machine, with a built-in double oven and gas hob. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are fitted with low-maintenance cushioned flooring, with a kitchen bar providing space for stools. There are USB sockets throughout the lodge, and the mobile Wi-Fi signal is good.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king-size ottoman-style bed offering plenty of storage space and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom consists of twin beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes which provide plenty of storage space. There are two sets of drawers and shelving plus hanging rails in both wardrobes.

Bathroom
The family bathroom has a low-level WC, a hand washbasin, with a storage unit underneath and a bath with an overhead shower.

The front decking and all handrails have been maintained on a regular basis. The side decking and steps (with lighting) have been overlaid with high-quality artificial turf.

Outside, the decking is provided on two sides of the lodge, and there is a good-sized driveway that accommodates two cars.
